What is Brahmi?

What Is Brahmi? 

Ayurvedic practitioners have been using Brahmi for centuries to help with cognitive performance, anxiety, and stress. The Bacopa Monnieri (Brahmi) plant is native to India, Australia, Africa, Europe, Asia, North and South America. You may know it as weather hyssop.

Another study found that adults who took 300-600mg of Brahmi extract could process information faster and had improved memory and learning.

Anxiety and Stress: Studies indicate that Brahmi may also help prevent stress and anxiety. Research suggests that Bacopa Monnieri helps enhance mood and lowers cortisol levels (the hormone linked to stress).
