Here's the Many Ways to Drink Turmeric

Most likely, you are familiar with how powerful Turmeric is and the benefits that come with it. When you think about taking turmeric, either a supplement in capsule form or drinking it in a tea comes to mind. You could add it to water, but here are some fun ways you can liven up your drink to make it nicer to enjoy!

Turmeric Latte

Making Turmeric latte is a delicious and creamy treat! Enjoy our Turmeric Tonic with cows milk or any non-dairy milk (soy, almond, oat, rice, coconut, cashew, macadamia, etc.)

Hot water

1 cup of milk of your choice

A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg

20ml of Natural Remedy Turmeric, Curcumin & Mango Tonic

Method

Boil water, pour in 20ml of Turmeric, Curcumin & Mango Tonic with your choice of milk for a delicious Turmeric Latte.

Mocktails

Alcoholic drinks have a lot of calories and affect the body. Here are a couple of tasty mocktails that are non-alcoholic, tasty, lower in calories, and are good for you too!

Nojito

Sliced Lime

5 Mint Leaves

Soda Water Or Tonic

20ml of Natural Remedy Turmeric, Curcumin & Mango Tonic

Method

Put in mint leaves and 2-3 lime slices at the bottom of a glass. Crush with a muddler. Fill the glass with ice. Pour Turmeric tonic over ice and add soda water or tonic. You are all set, enjoy!

Non-Alcoholic Iced Tea

Ice

Mint Leaves

Lemon Slices

Mango Iced Tea or Brewed Black Tea

Method

Add a few of ice cubes to a glass. Pour in 20ml of Natural Remedy Turmeric, Curcumin & Mango Tonic. Add in mango iced tea and/or brewed black tea. Squeeze in slices of lemon. Put in a straw and top up with mint.

Smoothies

A nutritious and delicious way to get your daily turmeric intake is to make a smoothie. Here’s one of our favourite smoothies to make.

Spinach

Chia Seeds

½ an avocado

Greek yogurt

Protein powder

Dairy or non-dairy milk

Your favourite type of berry

20ml of Natural Remedy Turmeric, Curcumin & Mango Tonic

Method

Put all ingredients in a blender with or without ice and blend until smooth. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top. Enjoy!
