Lemon Lime Morning After Detox

Chances are, if you went big on alcoholic cocktails last night, you’re probably incredibly dehydrated right now, which can make you feel drained and headachey. Blame it on the alcohol—because it’s a diuretic.

Start a gentle and balanced (rather than extreme or overly restricted) detox to help eliminate stored wastes that resets your system. Begin the day with warm water and lemon juice as it stimulates enzymes and gently kick-starts your digestive processes, as well as alkalising the body.


30-50ml of Rochester Organic Lemon, Lime & Ginger 

Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice 

Sliced Lemons and Limes

Fresh Mint Leaves


Splash 30-50ml of Rochester Organic Lemon, Lime & Ginger into warm water and fresh mint with a dash of freshly squeezed grapefruit.
