Golden Turmeric Latte

This recipe for a classic Golden Turmeric Latte uses Natural Remedy Turmeric, Curcumin & Mango Tonic for a convenient and delicious way to get your daily dose of turmeric. Plus, the choice of milk allows you to personalise it to your dietary needs. 


1 Cup Milk (dairy or dairy-free) - whole milk, almond milk, oat milk or coconut milk
20ml Natural Remedy Tonics Turmeric, Curcumin & Mango Tonic
Pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)


In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium heat until simmering (but not boiling). Once the milk is gently warmed, take it off the stove and mix in 20ml Turmeric Tonic. Whisk well to combine. If using cardamom, place it in a small separate pan and toast it over low heat for a few seconds to release the aroma. Then, add it to the milk mixture and whisk again. Adjust sweetness (optional): Taste the latte and add a touch of honey or maple syrup if desired, depending on the sweetness of your chosen milk and the tonic itself.

Pour the latte into a mug. Enjoy warm and comforting, or for a cool refreshing drink (mix tonic with cold milk).

Dairy-Free Options

For a dairy-free latte, choose your preferred dairy-free milk alternative like almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk. The sweetness of the mango tonic might already be sufficient, so taste before adding any additional sweetener.


  • For a richer flavour, use a milk with a higher fat content like whole milk or full-fat coconut milk.
  • If the latte seems too thick, add a splash of extra milk to thin it out.
  • Experiment with different spices like ginger or clove for a unique flavour twist.
  • For a chilled latte, prepare the recipe as directed, then pour over ice and enjoy cold.
